Wonder Years Learning Center is a family owned and operated learning center providing early childhood programs since 2003. We are flexible and affordable, allowing us to meet individual family needs.
Our Wonder*Play curriculum is a Reggio Emilia inspired education philosophy and we embrace the Reggio approach fully. At Wonder Years we strive to mold each classroom into a warm, safe, secure environment where children work together to reach their full learning potential.
Wonder Years program goals are to nurture independent thinkers, enthusiastic learners, active explorers and investigators, compassionate people and to develop a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature and our responsibilities for its preservation.
Children at Wonder Years are provided many learning experiences that include scientific thinking, arts and representation, imaginative play, music exploration, technology and tools, mathematical thinking, engineering and tinkering, language and literacy, social studies, practical life, nourishing food and health, adventure play, mindfulness and yoga, community service, nature connections, outdoor exploration and discovery, sensory experiences and emotional support.
We are dedicated to a philosophy that sees children as whole capable human beings, having the right to co-construct their educational experience. We strive to create an atmosphere where children feel liked a valued member of our learning community. We encourage and support our children and observe first had the positive impact that an authentic, responsive and reflective approach can have on young lives.
